Certificate Programs in Applied Information Technology
The following table shows the programs offered by Orpacific under its Learn and Certify program in applied information technology. Please click on each module to view the competency standard associated with each module.
Students registered in each of the certification programs will received virtual classroom lessons, and formative assessment test to help the students master content of the subject matter. Summative assessments will be in two forms; the first is a series of multiple choice questions to test the student's understanding of the underpinning knowledge. The second is a demonstrative assessment, where the student will have to solve a problem, or execute a small project to show his/her competence in translating the theory into practice.
Both summative assessments will be recorded by Orpacific online assessment tools. Candidates who are certified competent in a program will receive a Certificate of Attainment for the program together with a Certification Digital Portfolio CD that documents in multimedia format the entire process of the assessment. This Certification Digital Portfolio CD is part of the Certificate of Attainment, and will provide the candidate hard evidence of his competence in the said program.
Candidates who have achieved a Certificate of Attainment will be able to claim an exemption without further assessment for the module of a similar Code under the Bachelor of Applied Information Technology or the Diploma of Applied Information Technology if he or she decides to embark on those programs in the future.

The university has no commitment to pass any candidate unless the candidate clearly demonstrates competence as measured against the publicly accessible competency standard documents of this program.
Students who are assessed to have insufficient command of English will have to attend English Language foundation courses.
