Orpacific University of Technology welcomes constructive feedbacks to all its programs. We will strive to look into all complaints and feedbacks and get back with a response within the shortest possible time.

Technical Help Desk:
If you have problems with your computer systems, such as computer compatibility, internet access, etc., please contact our technical support help desk. The various modes of communication can be found on the "Contact us" link.

For academic matters, your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant staff in charge. You should expect to receive an acknowledge directly from the staff in charge within 48 hours of your email. Your feedback will either be addressed immediately and resolved, or if it cannot be resolved and has to be escalated, a schedule for the resolution of the problem will be emailed to you. Our staff may contact you for more information relating to any problem so that we can be more effective in finding a solution. We therefore appreciate clear contact information in your emails to us.
