Filing for Graduation

The rules leading to the award of each qualification is clearly spelt out in the respective pages of the qualifications. Candidates must study the rules carefully prior to embarking on their study programs. Each qualification typically consists of a series of core modules and elective modules. Candidates will need to elect to be trained and certified competent in each of the qualifying modules listed. At the completion of each module, a “Statement of Attainment” (SOA) certificate will be issued to the candidate for that particular module or competency unit.

Once a candidate has collected all the required SOAs, he/she can file for graduation. This is done via our online submission form. Please follow the instructions on the online form. Once the form, duly completed is received, Orpacific University of Technology will verify the authenticity of all SOAs claimed. Upon verification to be correct, the qualification filed for will be mailed to the candidate, together with the Personal Graduation Digital Portfolio DVD.

Twice a year, a graduation ceremony will be held in a city closest to the majority of the graduates for that half year. You will be invited to the next graduation ceremony following your graduation.
