There are fundatmental differences between how Orpacific and many traditional universities design and conduct training and assessments. A distinctive feature of Orpacific is open source certification, where evidence of the process of achieving competence by the student is collected throughout the entire course of study, and eventually collated onto a graduation portfolio DVD which accompanies the scroll.
