Refund Policy
For Programs without Formal Qualifications
Continuing Education Courses (ie courses that do not lead to any formal qualification) on Orpacific University of Technology's learning portal are immediately accessible upon payment. Once user has logged in to the system, and/or access any resources such as, but not limited to course notes, lessons, tests, faqs, and learning packages hosted on the course site, no refund will be given.
If user has NOT logged onto the course site, then the following refund shall be given. The computer system logs shall be used to determine if login has taken place. Orpacific will provide date and time of such logins upon request.
Within 7 days of completion of payment
Payment by online credit card or paypal: 100% except S$10 administrative charges.
Payment by cheque, cash: 100% except S$25 adminstrative charges.
(If the net amount is negative, then no refund shall be given.)
From 8 days to 30 days of completion of payment.
Payment by online credit card or paypal: 50% except S$10 administrative charges.
Payment by cheque, cash: 50% except S$25 adminstrative charges.
(If the net amount is negative, then no refund shall be given.)
Beyond 30 days
No refund shall be given.

Course code and title of course that you are seeking refund
Date of registration and payment
Reasons for seeking refund.
Orpacific shall acknowledge the request within 48 hours. We will then determine the rate of refund in according to Orpacific refund policy. In the case of payment by paypal or online credit card, the refund about will be credited back to your credit or paypal account. In the case of cheque, cash or direct bank transfer, we will send you a cheque for the correct amount to the address above. Note that the above address must correspond to the address in our records. In the event that you did not provide us an address during registration, we will not send the cheque to the newly supplied address. You will have to come down to our showroom at Outram Park MRT Station to collect the cheque personally. You will need to show proof of identity.

For Programs with Formal Qualifications
A administration fee of USD100 is charged for withdrawal from a program before graduation.
A proportional refund will be given for any modules in the registered program which the student has not formally begin. Once a module has commenced, no refund for that module shall be given.
